What kind of resources or training does ETS offer?
ETS offers online training for TEA Certification Program Administrators. There is also a Faculty Manual (PDF) that includes information that is useful to faculty when they are advising educators who are seeking assistance for preparing to take a Texas Educator Certification Program test.
If I need help troubleshooting an issue such as getting and educator/intern registered or running reports and rosters in the Administrator Login section, who can I contact?
