ETS Training for TEA Certification Program Administrators

ETS offers free interactive online training sessions on how to access ETS's online administrative portal, how to view roster reports and how to view score reports. Details on upcoming sessions are provided in the TEA/ETS EPP monthly newsletters.

How to View Roster and Score Reports

Demonstrates how to:

  • log into the system
  • search for candidates
  • view a candidate's specific registration record(s), ETS eligibility and test approval
  • view and print the PBT Verification Roster, CAT Verification Roster, Test Center/Site Attendance Roster, PBT Program Alphabetical Roster Score Report, CAT Program Alphabetical Roster Score Report, PBT Statewide Summary Score Report and CAT Statewide Summary Score Report

How to Participate in Training Sessions

Participation requires a phone and a computer with access to the Internet. At the scheduled training session time:

1) Click on the link below to connect to the ETS Training site

2) Once you join the meeting, an 800 number will be provided that you need to dial to listen to the presentation.
